Boxing & MMA gloves

14oz or 16oz bag gloves for striking classes; 4oz or 7oz for MMA sparring.

Shin guards

Cloth shins for technique nights, leather for hard sparring.

Mouthguard

Rash guard

BJJ gi & no-gi kit
